In A Quiet Place, the deaths were indeed very sad. At the beginning of the first movie, the youngest son of the Abbott family died, and at the end, Lee, played by John Krasinski, also died because of the alien monsters.
So, if you like John Krasinski, all I can say is, “Get over it.” When you saw that scene, it hit you right in the gut.
This added to how mind-blowing the movie was. If people hadn’t died, there wouldn’t have been as much grime and reality.
Who dies in A Quiet Place 2 is still a question, no matter what.
The Abbotts and Emmett are all still alive, and no one dies. But it’s a safe bet that the alien monster killed everyone on the island.
I don’t think I was as moved by A Quiet Place Part II because there were no major deaths.
I know that sounds cruel, but if you think about it, you’ll only feel that punch when someone you care about dies.
Okay, that might sound a little dark, but if you’ve seen Game of Thrones, you’ll know what I mean.
Now, about the movie. Throughout the movie, we see characters barely escape death’s jaws, or should I say claws?
Reagan would have been killed if Emmett hadn’t been there.
Marcus, his son, and the baby nearly died, but it was because there wasn’t enough oxygen.
Lastly, if not for Reagan’s high-frequency hearing aid, all of these people would have died.
But even with these, a few people died on and off-screen.
Emmett tells the mother, Evelyn, that he lost his children on the first day of the attacks. Then, 11 weeks after that, his wife also died of an illness.
If you’re wondering if that’s all that happened, there are more deaths.
When Emmett and Reagan go to the dockyard to look for a boat, not many people try to kidnap Reagan.
Emmett and Reagan try to get away by making a lot of noise, but they are not caught. People get killed by monsters, which is sad or maybe not so sad.
Here, one monster is on a boat, and the other one is drowning because he can’t swim.
That’s a flaw that would have led to its death.
But when Emmett and Reagan get to the island, the water current sends the boat with the monster to the bay on the island.
Because of this, everyone who lives there dies too. Except for Reagan and Emmett, of course.
But not every death is bad. In this follow-up, we see three different animals die. I know it’s less than one, but it’s still better than just one, right?
In the third movie, will there be a full-on hunt for monsters? I guess that’s not quite right.
But I think the third movie would show how the survivors use the alien monsters’ weaknesses to their advantage.
If you haven’t seen A Quiet Place 2, you should do so as soon as possible.
It might not be as good as the first one, but you should still watch it. So, why are you still sitting there? Go on!

Both movies are about a family trying to survive in a post-apocalyptic world where blind monsters with a keen sense of hearing live.
John Krasinski wrote and directed the second movie, which was made by Paramount Pictures.
Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe are back to play the same roles they had in the first movie.
Cillian Murphy and Djimon Hounsou are new to the cast. Krasinski makes a short appearance in a flashback that takes place before the first movie.
After the deadly things that happened at home, the Abbott family must now face the dangers of the outside world as they keep fighting to stay alive in silence.
When they are forced to go into the unknown, they find out quickly that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only dangers beyond the sand path.
